About Us

MGRC is a professional association of lobbyists founded in 1979 that provides continuing education, networking opportunities, advocacy, and members-only workspace at the Minnesota Capitol. Professional lobbyists are critical to explaining and advocating on issues before the Minnesota Legislature and other government bodies. By sharing information with government decision makers on behalf of their organization or client, a lobbyists’ role is to ethically and effectively influence public policy.
