- Responsible for identifying and monitoring local and
regional legislation, initiatives and public policy issues affecting the real
estate industry and home ownership on behalf of membership based organization. - Develop and maintain working relationships with locally elected officials,
municipal, county and regional governmental staff.-
- Monitor issues and lobby on behalf of REALTORS
when necessary. - Analyze issues and assist in development of policy positions. - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Excellent

- Team oriented - Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Admin., Business Admin.,
Journalism or equivalent training or experience.
